Refund policy

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 natural days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The product must be in resellable condition

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 natural days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Products not in original condition

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different item, please place a new order.
